50% of rental fee is due with contract to reserve the date.
The remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to the event along with $500 for a Damage Deposit-- see p2.
Please use our Preferred Caterers, otherwise pay $500 fee and caterers must meet our requirements, to include
but not limited to, providing all setup and breakdown, liability insurance, and licensing.
All fees are non-refundable. We do NOT accept credit cards.
